Nine years ago, they came. The alpha quadrant united to face the largest threat it had ever seen. For over two decades the Federation, Cardassians, Romulans, Klingons, and a multitude of people and worlds stood toe to toe with oblivion…and proved victorious. The Borg sent hundreds of thousands of cubes, bent on no less then the complete destruction, ravaged our worlds, and killed off our people. It took twenty years, tens of billions of lives, and unholy alliances, but the Borg were defeated. Now as the Federation rebuilds and expands, new threats emerge.

The USS Vendetta is a star trek sim set far after the events of Nemesis. We play by forum, and are always interested in new members who are willing to contribute to the sim. No past simming experience is needed, you learn as you go.

The vendetta engages on missions of all sorts from finding survivors of the Borg war to fighting off pirates and raiders. No position is too small to be unimportant, and every player is vital. We not only stress well rounded missions to get every one involved with the ship, but we strive to capture the excitement of boldly sailing into the unknown.

Of all of this the number one reason the vendetta is out there is the enjoyable simming experience. The star trek universe is out their waiting, and now you have an opportunity to experience the fun, and the excitement of going where no man has gone before…

My grand father went on dialysis today.  He’s been sick for a while, and we’ve all seen it coming.  At this point the doctors don’t see much hope, he’s been so sick for so long, and there’s not a lot left to be done.  He hasn’t been himself in weeks, and every time I see him, he’s just withering away.  I don’t know if any one reads this any more, but I’m optimistic.  Any one who’s willing, I want you to pray for him, Arnold Morris, I don’t know what I can do, or what any one can do, but I just want to try.  I want to do something, anything, and if any one is reading this, I’m asking you to help too.  Please pray, right now, he needs this, Right now, I need this.

Well it’s been a while, but I guess I’ll get something up for the hell of it.  Even in our darkest days it’s important to try to see the light at the end of the tunnel.  There are those days where we feel great loss and a deep loathing pain, and in life there will be those hard days.

I’m not really here to write poetry or spew feelings crap at who ever might read this, just remember, even in the darkest days, hope is always there
